MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE Club Bahia San Miguel

Place – Hotel Almerimar Resort

Date –Friday 14th December 2007

Present: José Francisco Ortega Fernández, Luis Alonso Estévez, Douglas Kemp, Joan Edgington y socios del Club de Golf Bahía San Miguel.

1. The meeting opened at 20.30 with the President giving a summary of events taken place during 2007, stressing that more competitions had been organised during 2007 than ever before. One of the major achievements of the club has been the creation of the web site.

2. The Treasurer presented and distributed a copy of the accounts for the period December 2006 to November 2007. These accounts were approved by the members present at the meeting.

3. Agreements with AR Almerimar S.A, in respect of green fees for 2008.

Master course 18 holes

These Green fees can be used in the 18 and 9 hole golf courses (Master and Classic course).

Classic course 9 holes

Under no circumstance can these green fees be used in the 18 hole (Master Course).

It was requested by members, that the committee meet with the owners of Almerimar Resort in an effort to renegotiate the prices of green fees for 2008. This meeting has taken place and the new negotiated fees can be obtained from the committee.

Reservation and collection of green fees

Reservations of green-fees for 2008 are currently being taken by Almerimar Resort, at the golf shop. Listed below are the rules for reserving fees for 2008

The membership fee of the Bahia San Miguel has to be paid before collecting the green-fees for 2008. The fee is 100 Euros and can be paid in the Bank of Andalucía Almerimar, account number 0004-3260-01-0601046109

Members of the Club de Golf Bahia San Miguel have the facility of paying for their tickets over a period of 6 months. This only applies when purchasing 50, 100, 150 and 200 tickets. Members will have to approach staff at the golf shop to sign the agreement.

Green fees must be collected and paid for by the 29th of January 2008.

• The Club Bahia San Miguel has special agreements with the following golf courses: Alboran, Dessert Spring, Envía golf, Playa Serena y Santa Clara ( Granada). Prices of green fees for these golf courses will be published in the web page www.bahiasanmiguelgolf.com

• The new rules and regulations to be applied by Golf Almerimar resort for 2008 with regards to golfer’s behaviour on the golf course were not made available to the committee in time for the meeting.

• Dates of competitions to be held during 2008 have not yet been agreed, these will be published in the web page at a later date.

• The following candidates were proposed and approved by the members present at the annual general meeting.

It was agreed to register the Club Bahia San Miguel with the Real Federacion Española de Golf.
